YOUR CONSULTATION
To begin, all clients will first receive a thorough skin consultation with one of our experienced therapists. This allows us to assess the current health of your skin, determine any concerns and underlying skin conditions and discuss your skin goals. We will also be able to chat about how often you are able to come in for treatment and any downtime requirements.
Once we have got to know you and your skin a little bit better, we will then perform a 3D skin analysis using the OBSERV Skin Imaging device. This advanced technology takes a series of images of the deeper layers of your skin, allowing us to identify underlying concerns before they reach the surface. It can show us things like pigmentation, UV damage, dehydration and texture.
We are then able to review these images and use this information to create a personalised treatment plan for you!
YOUR FIRST TREATMENT
Many clients choose to streamline into their first treatment on the same day as their consultation. Generally, we start clients off with our Lactobotanical Peel, Microdermabrasion or Lux Signature Facial, depending on your skin needs. These introductory treatments are perfect for removing dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover, improving skin radiance and boosting hydration.
Not only will your treatment improve the health of your skin, but they will also help you relax and unwind. You will leave with a glowing complexion and feeling refreshed!
It’s important to note that some of our more intensive peels and facial treatments require prep with introductory treatments and homecare. This ensures we are able to maintain the integrity of your skin and step up your treatments as your skin health progresses.
YOUR HOMECARE
One of the most important parts of your skincare journey is the products you use at home. While you might come into the clinic once a month for a treatment, you will use these products every day! Our cosmeceutical products contain potent active ingredients that will help to target your concerns and improve the functioning of your skin between visits.
We also have a range of starter kits available to make it easier to kickstart your regime and try out some new products!
If you’re just looking to trial some amazing products on a budget, the Aspect Dr Try Me Kit contains a cleanser, vitamin B serum, vitamin C serum and moisturiser. This is a great way to dip your toe into the world of cosmeceuticals before you commit to the full size products (they are also perfect for travelling too!).
The Aspect Dr Starter Kit is also a great option for most skin types, as it contains anti-ageing heroes vitamin A & C plus a cleanser and moisturiser.
